Lincolnshire wedding photography at Elsham Hall - Sophie & Matt

This August day was Sophie & Matt’s ‘proper’ wedding day with their friends and family. They legally got married in December 2020, but due to restrictions on weddings they couldn’t have a party or anything other than the ceremony, so I was lucky enough to photograph two weddings for them.

They got dressed back up in their wedding attire (Sophie made for a stunning bride again!) and had the full wedding experience that they had to miss out on last time. Their ceremony was in a different room at Elsham Hall followed by speeches and a good old party! As Sophie & Matt had already married there was no need for their ceremony to be legally binding so their friend conducted it, making it extra special and much more personal than an official one. It was a lovely day, not in the slightest bit dampened by the heavy rain! The sun even came out to play later on.
