Please add the itinerary of everything after the ceremony. Will there be speeches, food, entertainment, first dance, cake cutting? It's ideal for us to know what times key points are happening so we can keep an eye out.
Do you have any requests for group shots?
It's best to keep these to a minimum to get the best storytelling images and to save you standing around whilst we get guests ready. It's handy if I have a list (including names) of the exact groups, and to have an allocated person to help gather people (as we won't know who most people are on the day), a grooms man or bridesmaid who knows everyone is ideal! This will ensure it runs smoothly and doesn't take too much time out of your day. I recommend 6 max groups but happy to go with whatever you want as all families are different. :)
(We are also more than happy to do off the cuff group shots if you or any of your guests ask us on the day)
It's handy to know who the other suppliers are so I know who I can recommend to other couples.
It's also nice to tag them when I post photos as a way to help them out too (If you're happy for me to post on social media). It doesn't have to be too detailed so don't worry too much but things like hair & makeup, cake, florist, dress, band/dj. Anyone you think of really.
