Your group shots & suppliers

Please list any group shots you'd like to have in the form below (excluding any bridesmaids/groomsmen as I'll do these as standard anyway). We’ll go through these when we chat so I can make sure my list is 100% on the day.

6 group shots is an ideal number so you can get important family photos and still have time to enjoy your wedding reception, but there's space for 10 in case you have a larger family and need space for more. If you absolutely need more than 10 then we can discuss this too so don't worry.

Just bear in mind that each group can take 5 minutes to gather people, so 6 shots can take up to half an hour. All families are different so you can choose whoever you'd like to be in each group (I don’t go by a generic list). To speed up the process it's handy to ask a member of the wedding party (someone who knows who your family are) to help gather people. I always bring two copies of my list in case anyone wants to help speed things up! Any larger groups will need to be done straight after the ceremony before people start dispersing.

Also remember that you can grab me at any time throughout the day to take a photo the people you're with, the photo takes literally seconds if you're already with the people, easy peasy!

(There’s no requirement to have any group shots if you’d like purely documentary coverage, in which case you’d have more time to enjoy your day and more candid photographs during this time.)
